If your visa is refused, we refund everything you paid us except our fixed service fee and the government's visa fee.
Visa Pack, $39
Our fee is the whole price, so there's nothing to refund. Government visa fee is separate.
Full Trip, $199
Refused? We keep $99 plus the government visa fee. You get $100 of the fee back plus all trip money we hold.
Premium Trip, $499
Refused? We keep $199 plus the government visa fee. You get $300 of the fee back plus all trip money we hold.
How it works
- You pay the service fee to start. Trip costs (flights, stays) are shown separately.
- Until your visa decision we only book refundable or free-cancellation options.
- The government visa fee goes to the embassy. They don't refund it, so we can't.
- Send us the refusal letter and we refund within 7 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 more.
- If something can't be refunded, we tell you what and how much before you pay.
When it doesn't apply
- You cancel for your own reasons after we've started.
- False or forged documents.
- You miss your appointment or interview.
- Some high-refusal routes are sold as the Visa Pack only. We say so before you pay.
